How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery is via First Class Royal Mail.
What happens if I am not in at the time of delivery?
Non-deliveries can generally be collected from the Royal Mail Sorting Office. Also, arrangements can be made for re-delivery direct with the Royal Mail Sorting Office - information is contained on the Calling Card. Non delivery items will only be keep for up to 7 days prior to return to us.
Can I place my order over the phone?
For credit and debit card security reasons, we can only accept payment through Paypal. This offers you the highest level of security, with the knowledge that we are never party to your full card details.
What countries do Bubbles & Fizz deliver to?
At this time we only deliver to the UK & BFPO but we will be looking at shipping outside of the UK in the near future. Please feel free to contact us in the meantime.
